Scholarships

Types of Scholarships

(1) Early Bird Promotion
Benefit
  • 200,000 KRW.
Eligibility
  • All students who register for the ISS program before the end of March with the completion of an online application.
Required Documents
  • Completion of Online Application.
Remarks
  • The Early Bird Promotion will be applied to your ISS tuition as a fee deduction.
(2) Re-registration Benefit
Benefit
  • 30% discount on tuition fee.
Eligibility
  • All students who have already participated in an ISS program in the past

    Early Enrollment and Re-enrollment benefits cannot be duplicated.

Required Documents
  • Re-enrollment notification to the ISS Office in advance via email.
Remarks
  • The re-registration benefit will be deducted from your tuition fee. Your tuition with an application fee deduction will be applied after receiving final approval from the ISS Office.
(3) Kingo Family Scholarship
Benefit
  • 50% discount on tuition fee.
Eligibility
  • Students who have one parent who is an SKKU Alumnus, or is currently employed at SKKU as a full-time faculty or staff members are eligible.
Required Documents
  • Certificate of Graduation (Parent's).
  • Certificate of Kinship.
Remarks
  • The Kingo Family benefit will be deducted from your tuition fee. Your tuition with application fee deduction will be applied after receiving a final approval from the ISS Office.

Scholarship Policies

Exchange students and students from partner universities are not eligible for the scholarships listed above. Only regular fee-paying students are eligible to apply for scholarships.

Other benefits may be given to students from partner universities. Please consult with the ISS Office via e-mail or phone for more information.

With the exception of the Early Registration Scholarship, students are only eligible for one of the scholarships mentioned above.

Requests for the scholarships along with the required documents should be submitted to the ISS Office via email within the application period.

Scholarships will be cancelled if a student withdraws from the program.
