Dear SKKU,
Yesterday afternoon I clicked the button to request a virtual account, in order to transfer the application fee. I was shown a dialogue box asking me to wait for 5-10 minutes for the account details to be sent to my email. Unfortunately, I still have not received any email pertaining to a virtual account (approx. 18 hours later), so I assume something has gone wrong. I did receive a different email from SKKU with a welcome message to the ISS program though, so it seems that my email address has been correctly registered in the system. The button to request a virtual account has also disappeared (there is only a 'save' button now, for uploading the transfer receipts), so I am unable to request the details a second time.
Which steps could I take to solve this issue?
